All data is encrypted in transit with TLS and encrypted at rest — account details, load data, transcripts, and call recordings alike.
All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor. Your card details never touch our servers.
Database row-level security isolates each brokerage's data. Your loads, offers, and rates are never visible to another account.
Call recordings and transcripts are accessible only to the account that owns the load. No shared pools, no cross-account access.
Fifth Wheel runs on Supabase (Postgres) and Vercel — managed platforms with strong security track records, instead of hand-rolled servers.

We're a young company, and we'd rather tell you exactly where we stand than hide behind badges. We don't currently hold SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar certifications — SOC 2 readiness is on our roadmap as we grow.
